Standard Production Time

• 10 to 15 Business Days after receipt of art approval (1000 kits or less).
  Please indicate event dates, in-hands dates etc. on your order to insure timely delivery.
  Contact us for information concerning your particular scheduling requirements.

Rush Service (5-7 Day) Catalog Quantities Only

• Order must be clearly marked "RUSH" on your Purchase Order.
• Artwork must meet Ready4’s Artwork Requirements and a returned art proof approval.
• Prepayment is required for customers without previously established credit limits.
• A 10% Rush Charge is required for orders that ship 5 to 7 days.

Rush Service (3 Day) Catalog Quantities Only

• Order must be clearly marked "3 DAY RUSH" on your Purchase Order.
• Only one color imprints apply to 3 DAY RUSH.
• Artwork must meet Ready4’s Artwork Requirements and a returned art proof approval by 1:00PM EST.
• Order will ship assuming favorable, previously established credit limits, or Prepayment with Credit Card. Visa or Mastercard only.
• If art proof approval is returned on Monday before 1:00pm EST your order will ship Thursday. After 1:00pm EST order will ship Friday.
• Only Kits marked 3 DAY RUSH throughout the catalog are available for the above mentioned service and corresponding pricing.

• Order must be clearly marked "NEXT DAY RUSH" on your Purchase Order.
• NEXT DAY RUSH ARTWORK WILL BE PRINTED “AS RECEIVED”. THERE WILL BE NO ART APPROVAL.
• ALL ARTWORK WILL BE CONSIDERED PRODUCTION READY OR WILL BE ADJUSTED TO READY4 KITS® ART REQUIREMENTS.
• DEADLINE FOR NEXT DAY RUSH ORDERS IS 1PM EST.

Artwork Requirements

• Adobe Illustrator files (.ai or .eps) preferred, tif, psd, jpg accepted.
• Please include file extensions when sending digital artwork.
• All typography and Line-art must be converted to outlines.
• Artwork to be scanned must be printed at high resolution (240 dpi +) and no less than 75% of final output size.
• Please no Halftones
• Lineart must be at least 1pt.
• Font point size must be at least 12pt. sans serif, 14pt. serif.
• Ready 4 will color match to Pantone® Uncoated.

Artwork Protocol

• Layout and size, if not specified, is at Ready 4/Comfort Gear’s discretion.
• Orders to be printed must include digital artwork or camera-ready artwork.
• ARTWORK SENT BY FAX IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
• We will provide up to 1 hour of artwork time free of charge. Additional art time will be billed at a rate of $48.00 (V) per hour.
• You will be notified if total art charges exceed $48.00 (V).

Over-runs/Under-runs

• We reserve the right to ship 5% over / under the actual amount ordered, and the right to bill accordingly

Changes

• All changes must be submitted in writing. Customers will be liable for any costs incurred for changes implemented after the production process has begun.
